Ingredients
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1 ounce banana liqueur
- Cola (try our favorites from
Fentiman’s and Boylan’s) - Vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Caramel syrup, for garnish
(optional)
Preparation
- Put approximately 2-1/2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a tall glass.
- Pour rum and liqueur over top of ice cream.
- Fill glass with cola.
- Top with whipped cream (and optional caramel syrup).
- Place spoon in glass and stir gently.
- Add straw and serve.
