Ingredients
- 1 sprig Fresh mint
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1.5 oz Appleton Estate Reserve Rum
- .75 oz Pure cane simple syrup (one part pure cane sugar, one part water)
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Champagne
Garnish: Mint sprig
Glass: Highball
Preparation
In a shaker, gently muddle the mint and lime juice. Add the remaining ingredients except the Champagne and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
