Add ice and shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into serving glass. Drizzle with rhubarb syrup and serve.
Note: the cocktail is spattered with a rhubarb syrup. I bought mine in a specialty store, but the syrup is
easy to make at home
if so desired.) Drip the syrup along the rim of the glass for a bloody
effect suitable for Halloween. You can also drizzle with pomegranate
molasses if preferred.
