Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
2 medium eggs
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of unsalted butter
2 cups of all-purpose flour (I use whole meal but you any flour will do)
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 cup of Nutella
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, line your loaf tin with butter and set aside
while you prepare the batter.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the
bananas, and then mix in the butter, eggs and Nutella until fully
blended (you can always just dollop the Nutella on the top of your
batter after you pour it into your pan if you want a swirled effect).
In a separate mixing bowl, add the
sugar, flour, and baking powder and stir until blended. Gradually mix in
the dry batter with the wet batter until you have a thick batter of all
the ingredients, and then pour evenly into your bread pan.
Cook at 350F for 50 -60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the loaf comes out clean.
Allow your bread to cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the tin and on to a cooling rack.
