Ingredients
- 3 large sage leaves
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 lemon wedge
- 2 ounces gin
- 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
- Ice
- Garnish: grapefruit twist
Procedures

Add sage, sugar and lemon wedge to a cocktail shaker and muddle the ingredients until thoroughly combined—about 12 solid strokes.

Add gin and grapefruit juice, then fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with grapefruit twist.
