Sony PlayStation 4 Event (February 20, 2013)

Sony showcased the long rumored PlayStation 4 today during a two hour event. They did not show the system, disclose its price and were vague about the release date other than Holiday 2013. With that being said, let's look at what they did talk about!

Remote Play - All the PS4 games will be able to played on the PS Vita

DualShock 4 controller - Sharing the similar design of the current controller but adding a touchpad, a share button, a headphone jack, and a light bar to track the controller.

No Backward Compatability to the PS3. But Sony says that we will be able to stream games through the PlayStation Cloud. It is still unclear how this will work.

Games:
KillZone Shadow Fall - Stunning fluid animation and the shadowing and flares have never looked better!

Drive Club looks stunning! This could be one of the best driving games ever!
 
Infamous: Second Son looks like an amazing follow up to the already great Infamous series!
      
There were also phenomenal demos from Capcom and Square Enix! Square Enix announced that a new Final Fantasy game is coming! They did show any footage of that game but said more will be unveiled at E3!

Diablo 3 is coming from Blizzard! Cannot wait to see this running on both the PS3 and PS4! And Bungie, creators of Halo for the XBOX, showed Destiny!

So, as to be expected, the games look stunning! But I want to see the system and know how many arms and legs it is going to cost me! I am sure we will learn more at E3!
