"Beyond the Gate: Making A Jurassic Park Jeep" Chapter 2

In the second chapter of the ongoing web documentary, "Beyond the Gate", Alan briefly touches on some of the smaller details that will be featured on the finished Jurassic Park Jeep. Alan shows off a few small but important updates including the new red rear-view mirrors and the side step that were both recently installed. He also shows off the two new antennae that will be installed once the jeep is painted, including the 102" whip antennae. We also get a look at the iconic Jurassic Park logo side decals that are present on the doors of the jeep and the work that needs to go into the interior of the car in order to make this stock 1995 Jeep Wrangler into a '93 Jeep Wrangler YJ Sahara Edition, including painted door panels and custom making the interior leather door pockets.

"Beyond the Gate" follows Alan Douglas as he transforms his jeep in epic and geeky fashion. However, we will also spend a good deal of time with other JP Jeep owners, along with other local movie car owners to dive into and answer not just "How?" but "Why?" people transform their cars into replica movie vehicles.
