You can expect the wait to be outside their sliding wooden doors during peak meals times but once you get inside you can order drinks while you are waiting to order. There are 24 craft beers to choose from.
Kristen ordered this delicious Mr. Q. Cumber, a sweet, refreshing cucumber infused water.
There are so many tasty choices awaiting you. How do you choose?
I decided to go with the pheasant. I mean how many places can you get a pheasant sausage?
You also get to choose two toppings to put on your grilled sausage. I went with caramelized onions and spicy peppers. The pheasant tasted very close to a pork sausage but lighter and not as greasy. It was absolutely delicious.
There is also a variety of mustard to choose from if you so desire.
There are also Belgian fries and various dipping sauces. I got the small order of fries which was still pretty substantial. The small order comes with your choice of one dipping sauce. I went with the curry ketchup which was wonderful. The curry was not overpowering but just gave the ketchup an added boost of flavor.
A great place for a great lunch and a beer or two. Ample seating in the back and a small outdoor patio as well. You can even buy the sausages to go. They will cook them for you or you can get them raw at a discount. I think the next time I will go and bring some of the sausages back to grill at home.
