Shuri :-) only other character that had as much guts was Killmonger and he was a jerk. although he won fair and square so that makes T'Challa a usurper.
My favorite character from Black Panther in the comics would be Storm due to her glowing persona. My favorite character from Black Panther in the movies would be Shuri, due to her smarts and cool persona, she captivates the technology aspect with creativity and drive, which captures my interest to learn more about Shuri.
